Clarity Before We Begin,
Here are answers to the most common questions, so you know exactly what to expect before we start.
I’ve been designing lettering logos for over 5 years and have had the privilege of working with 500+ clients worldwide. My experience spans across industries — from start-ups and personal brands to established corporate companies. By blending modern design trends with timeless lettering styles, I aim to create a logo that truly represents your brand. I’d be delighted to craft something unique and meaningful for you.
The delivery time depends on the scope and complexity of your project, and you’re always welcome to share your preferred timeframe. As a guideline, the Essential package is delivered within 48 hours, the Advanced package within 4 days, and the Pro package may take 1 week or longer, depending on its complexity. If you need your logo urgently, I also offer express delivery for an additional fee.
I offer three packages — Essential, Advanced, and Pro — so you can choose the one that best fits your needs. If your project requires something more specific, feel free to send me a message. I’ll be happy to prepare a tailored custom offer designed around your requirements.
Yes. Upon completion of the project, you will receive a Copyright Transfer Agreement along with the finalized logo deliverables, ensuring full ownership and rights to your brand identity.
You’ll receive a complete set of professional files, including Adobe Illustrator (AI), print-ready PDF, EPS vector, SVG, high-resolution JPEG (300 DPI), and transparent PNG. In addition, I’ll provide optimized files for social media profile images, favicons, and app icons, ensuring your logo is ready to use across both digital and print platforms.
If the initial concepts don’t meet your expectations, you’re always welcome to request revisions — I’ll work closely with you to refine the design until it feels right. In the rare case that I’m unable to meet your expectations, a 50% refund will be issued. Please note that refunds are available only for the Advanced and Pro packages.
